Classic Cruiser

Classic cruisers, or beach cruisers, are probably the most iconic bicycles on the market today.  Balloon tires, single speed, and large saddles are all part of the typical look and construction of the classic cruiser.  Cruisers allow the rider to sit up straighter and in a more relaxed position.  Classic cruisers are meant to be ridden recreationally, along the beach as their name suggests, rather than hard mountain riding or competitive road riding.  Schwinn developed the classic cruiser during the great depression, making bikes affordable for the masses.  Today classic cruisers are popular because of their retro look and timeless appeal.
